We want you to love your abaya. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
The abaya must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, perfume, makeup, or alteration will not be accepted.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect abaya, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
